Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
-
The author declares that he/she has read and accept the terms and conditions established for the selection of contributions before beginning the submission process.
Selection criteria:
By submitting their proposal, authors accept the selection criteria for contributions and, in particular, the peer review process. If accepted, they grant the Journal authorisation to process the personal data of each author, as well as the right to publish, expressly waiving all editorial rights and any financial claims. Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest, even if only potential, relating to articles submitted for publication or the content therein.
The author also declares that they are fully aware of and approve of the Journal's adoption of an open access model, which allows free online consultation and full download of published articles and content. To this end, they issue the broadest and most comprehensive release.
The Journal does not require any financial contribution, either for the processing or for the submission of works.
By submitting their contribution for review and publication, authors expressly declare that it is original, has not been previously published and that no third party holds publication rights to it.
In this way, by submitting their contribution, authors again provide the broadest and most comprehensive release.
- The file format is .doc or .docx.
-
I have written my paper following the Instructions for the Authors.
Authors who wish to submit a contribution for review are required to provide the Scientific Committee with two versions of the same file:
- a complete version (submission file), in .doc/.docx format, containing all information relating to the authors;
- an anonymous version, in .pdf format, intended for the peer review process, from which the name, affiliation and any other element that could identify the authors must be omitted. - I have prepared a file ensuring a blind peer review
- We recommend using Chrome or Firefox browsers both for browsing the SISS website and for the submission process.
