Civic dialogue between disorder and the government of fears

Abstract

Civic dialogue is necessary and is based on a double trust: that of citizens in institutions and that of institutions in citizens. Today we are experiencing a profound crisis of trust also linked to the frustrated need for approval, recognition, social dignity.
