Smart city e gamification della sicurezza urbana: un gioco a esclusione?
Abstract
Nel contesto della smart city, la gamification applicata alla sicurezza urbana, pur promettendo inclusione, di fatto sembra introdurre logiche performative e classificatorie che trasformano sempre di più lo spazio urbano in un’arena competitiva. Il contributo analizza, in chiave sociologica e attraverso una riflessione teorica, se, quanto e come tali dinamiche di gamification possano generare inclusione o esclusione sociale e con quali conseguenze.
